Sledge Rider is an arcade-style action game where you control a sledge going down snowy hills. The track is always changing with hazards, bends and gaps. Quick reflexes are needed at every corner.
The aim is simple: slide as far as you can without crashing. The faster you go, the tougher the controls.
You hardly have time to catch your breath in Sledge Rider, the sledge keeps on sliding forward. There can be trees, rocks, fences or other barriers either side of the track.

Using the joysticks, you may manoeuvre the sledge left and right. The sledge is very responsive so get used to that and don't try to turn too sharply.

Identifying hazards and safe gaps is paramount. See a barrier ? Look ahead . Change direction early , before the vehicle gets too close .
Stay on a steady course
The sledge is always going rapidly, so you need to focus on regulating your course. Don’t let speed make you lose your head.
Go as far as you can
The goal is to stay on the sledge as long as possible and get a good score. Every ride teaches you how to handle different areas of the track.
Look well ahead: This offers you more time to react to the obstacles.
Change direction early: A late manoeuvre at high speeds might easily result in a crash.
Don't shake the sledge around constantly: Moving too much makes it tougher to keep track of where you're going.
Give preference to broad gaps. If there is a safer choice, do not attempt to move through very tiny gaps.
Stay in the game: The longer you slide the faster you get at speed and the easier it is to make mistakes.
