In Down the Hill, you must manoeuvre your character down a steep hill filled with obstacles without crashing. The path is always changing, trees and obstacles arrive out of nowhere, every move is considered.
The controls are really easy but the deeper you get the quicker you have to respond and pick the appropriate direction. One mistake and your journey ends.
The Hill is attractive because of its speed and chance circumstances. You're not just going on, and on, blind to what is in front of you. Some parts are rather straightforward to get through but sometimes the way is closed or you have to turn around immediately.
When going down the slope, watch out for obstructions that can cause your character to crash, and look for safe gaps to continue. The more you live, the higher your chances of getting a high score and breaking your record.
Follow the path and use the buttons or touch gestures to go left or right as directed for your version. Pick a safe route before your character goes down.
Think beyond your existing job. Look forward a few feet to see which way has a path. 'Avoid risky regions. Remove those anything from the path that you are confident can be reached without risk.
Look before you leap: Always discover a way around a barrier before you are right near to it.
Of course, safety first: An unobstructed road is often better than an object in a dangerous spot.
Don’t keep changing direction. Watch attentively before making the decision to not find yourself into a dead end.
Learn from your mistakes: You will learn what dangers to avoid every playthrough.
Stay calm when speed up: thinking responses are preferable than always pressing keys.
Down the Hill is a game for individuals who like fast-paced, obstacle-dodging action. The rules are easy to learn yet to get far you need good observation skills and to pick your movement path properly.
